Continuous Laminate

It is a high temperature application. Cold hardening and hot drying systems can be applied. Continuous lamination is a pretty automated process which is impregnated reinforcements and filler materials with resin and is directed to control consistent thickness with desired end product and its resin content for forming rollers, directed along a transport process. When a material on the conveyor passes through a heating zone, to create resin composite panel, it is hardened with organic peroxides ( with or without accelerator). In this process, the produced panels and plates are used for producing truck trailers, side walls, roof windows, building panels and other construction sector applications. For curing reaction, organic peroxides are used like Asetilaseton- Methyl ethyl ketone- or Methyl isobutyl ketone peroxides.
