It is an efficient initiator for the production of Low Density Polyethylene (LOPE). It is used both tubular and autoclave processes. In suspension polymerization of styrene at approx. 90°C. It is an efficient initiator for the solution (co)polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range of 65-1oooc, among others for the manufacture of coatings.
