EFOX 131
EFOX 131 is used as initiator for the polymerization and co-polymerization of styrene in the temperature range 100-130˚C. In a bulk process Efox 131 can be used to increase the polymerization rate. In suspension polymerization, Efox 131 is an effective peroxide for reducing the residual styrene concentration in the final polymerization step.
